The time of purchase of any of these items are not considered at all:
- Provided your adhesive stamp was wrongly purchased, or it was attached to a commercial envelope or postcard, it remains Non-Exchangeable
- Detached stamps from its envelope and individual items or rough stamps are all not to be exchanged.
